Audiology services at Rotorua and Taupō are a small team of hearing specialists (audiologists) who can assess your hearing or other auditory problem and provide advice and treatment options.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
We can also see patients at Taupō Hospital.
The audiology department at Rotorua Hospital offers full hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings for all ages.
We can also test and advise on auditory processing and tinnitus (ringing in the ears).
We also support the Ear, Nose and Throat specialists in outpatient clinics.

Our hearing aid service is not available to ACC clients or Veterans Affairs patients, who have access to other services.
We have a range of tools to assess hearing.
We accept referrals for children and adults from medical practitioners, education professionals and healthcare workers in the community.
