Restrictions to radiology service during Alert Level 3

UPDATED: 1 September 2021

To play our part in protecting our patients, staff and wider communities at this time we have taken the decision to restrict our operations.
This means that whilst we are in Alert Level 3 we are asking that urgent radiology studies must be appointment only.

There is no walk-in service unless discussed on the day with a radiologist. Patients will be rung by the department for an appointment.

Radiology services at the following Health Centres will be open with reduced bookings to allow for social distancing:
From Thursday 2 September: Stratford Health Centre
From Monday 6 September: Waitara and Stratford Health Centres

All urgent referrals must follow the same path, there is no walk in service until we drop to Level 2.
