Keeping your Outpatients Appointment
Currently, we have a high rate of wasted appointments because people have simply not shown up. These appointment slots could have been used by other people, letting them get seen earlier. We cannot afford to have empty appointment slots.
To confirm your appointment ring 0508 266 3476 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not able to attend the apppointment you have been given, please let us know so we can allocate your appointment to someone else and give you another time.
Failure to attend without notification will mean you are no longer on the waiting list and you will have to go back to your GP and start again.
